James, Jason, Elliot and Myles were recently in London for the Umbraco UK Festival.

Umbraco is currently our content management system of choice because it lets us build and develop advanced features and add-ons, plus clients seem to love it!

The event was packed full of presentations, workshops and talks.  The team particularly enjoyed learning more about: 

  • Infrastructure and deployment
  • Security best practices
  • Inherited project horrors (strategies when taking on other people’s code)
  • Optimisation and speed

Thanks to Codeworks for organising a great event, we’ll be sure to be back next year :-)
