The Real Mary King's Close is first guest favourite, frequently scoring highly in TripAdvisor's global rankings of attractions.
With guests arriving from across the world, the bar for the website was always going to be high. The previous site was functional but not built for the volume of interest it received, and the team were more reliant on external support for basic updates than was ideal.
The new LOOP site changes that, with the Edinburgh team now having full control of the while site, without developer involvement. The result is a site that moves at the pace of the attraction and reflects the quality of what visitors find when they step beneath the Royal Mile.
As part of the Continuum LOOP deployment, The Real Mary King's Close retains it's own unique brand identity to bring the value proposition to life online, whilst also being able to benefit from a scalable group-wide solution.
