LOOP + Continuum Attractions

With nearly 2 million visitors to their attractions annually, Continuum Attractions were looking to implement all new websites to showcase their experiences online.

Seamless rollout of 8 attraction brands (and counting)

Continuum needed a platform that could serve every attraction individually whilst also making it easy to incorporate best practices and initiatives from the central team.

They wanted to move from having a mix of website solutions from different providers and different CMSs to a standardised, scalable approach.

LOOP's multi-brand architecture solved this - the first six sites launched in approximately two months, a fraction of the time a bespoke build would have required.

"This has been a huge piece of work behind the scenes, made possible by the hard work, collaboration and dedication of our internal teams alongside the brilliant Semantic team. They look great and most importantly are performing well... and are a complete dream from a CMS usability point of view!

All of this is focused on one thing... building the right foundations to support our growth as a business. Because as we scale, having the best technology and systems in place isn’t just important, it’s essential.

- Alex Caley - Director of Marketing Services

Even with 8 brands (6 brands in phase 1, and another 2 following shortly afterwards) the approach uses the same straightforward rollout process:

  • Plan
  • Populate
  • Publish

This means that the setup per brand can be completed in weeks, rather than months, in a predictable way, without compromising the quality.

LOOP helps attractions setup flagship high quality websites without the hassle.

Continuum were able to launch with multiple brands all on the same day, with zero downtime.  In fact the first six brands in phase one launched all together in under an hour.  The proven tech and process in LOOP helps build client confidence and minimises disruption for both local marketing teams and guests alike.

It's easy for them to add more brands and attractions as the group evolves in the years to come.
