Continuum Attractions is one of the UK's most exciting visitor attraction groups, welcoming nearly two million visitors a year to a portfolio of award-winning, story-led experiences from the Scottish Highlands to the South Coast.

Story telling and engaging their guests is central to everything they do.  And we can see this through their consistently high review scores, with Real Mary King's Close landing in the top 10 attractions on Trip Advisor globally.

The initial LOOP rollout covered the Continuum Group website and: 

  • The Loch Ness Centre
  • The Real Mary King's Close
  • York's Chocolate Story
  • Oxford Castle and Prison
  • Spinnaker Tower 

All 6 brands launched together in a day, and a month later we were rolling out new sites for their ITV experiences - the Coronation Street Experience and Emmerdale The Village Tour.

Every Continuum attraction has its own distinct identity, audience and story to tell.

Managing digital presence across a portfolio of that scale is a serious operational challenge. Continuum chose LOOP to power their entire group, with individual branded sites for each attraction all running on a centralised solution - this gives local teams control and autonomy whilst also streamlining management for the central teams.
