Beaulieu is home to the National Motor Museum, one of the South of England's top family days out. The museum was founded by Lord Montagu in 1952, and has grown include one of the UK's largest collections of classic cars and memorabilia, as well as tours, a monorail, play parks and the World of Top Gear.
With around 300,000 visitors per year, this is one of Hampshire's most popular attractions, and we've been thrilled to help keep their online systems optimised and running smoothly.
Beaulieu was one of many attraction website clients that we took on during lockdown, working to get everything setup fully remotely. Like all attractions, they felt the impact of the various shutdowns, so we were keen to adapt and make sure key systems were optimised and delivering great value for money.
The team at Beaulieu have also recognised the huge shift in guest behaviour as a result of the pandemic. Now that guests are mainly booking online, they have been investing in fully optimised bespoke guest booking journeys, tied in with the Access Gamma ticketing platform and API. The new booking journey launched in January 2022, and has helped deliver a better guest experience, whilst also helping drive efficiency across the business and throughout the guest journey.
