If you have an Out-Of-Hours support contract please refer to the details within. Otherwise, we offer Emergency Out-of-Hours support on a best-efforts basis.
Emergency (Out-of-Hours) Support is offered on a best efforts basis. If you already have a Semantic "Out-of-Hours" contract, it is likely we will already be aware of your problem. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
