Often when I am writing a note I end with something like "Let us know if you need anything, we're here to help".I've liked this phrase as long as I can remember, it's open without being pushy. I've written it enough now that it's become my unofficial moto. But then, yesterday, Seth Godin went and ruined it all. Not only that, once you've read what he had to say it's totally and utterly obvious. Gah!
P.S. I haven't forgotten about the promised "parachute" post... it's coming.
